The Studio

Design brought back from New York and Austin, to Lexington.

Katie DesMarais trained in the UK and spent a decade designing high-end residences, hospitality spaces, and luxury developments in New York and Austin before opening Marais Home. Her work brings that level of sourcing, detail, and finish to Central Kentucky homes, with a point of view built on how a family really uses each room.

Marais Home is a design studio, showroom, and shop in Chevy Chase. The full-service program is for owners who want the whole thing handled: a considered plan, the right pieces bought at trade, and a home that is styled and ready on install day.
