This policy explains how Marais Home (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website and its consultation request form.
When you submit the consultation form we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email, project type, estimated budget, timeline, location, and any project notes. We also record standard technical data (IP address, browser, referring page) and advertising identifiers such as Google Click ID (gclid) and UTM parameters so we can understand which campaign referred you.
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, arrange and conduct your design consultation, and measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with service providers that help us operate (for example, email delivery, hosting, and analytics) under confidentiality obligations.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (including conversion tracking and Enhanced Conversions) and may use Meta advertising tools. For Enhanced Conversions, your email and phone number are hashed (irreversibly transformed) in your browser before being sent to Google, which uses them to match conversions. You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out.
